Designing Peoply for Seamless People and Payroll Management
In today’s fast-paced workplaces, HR teams are often burdened with managing endless spreadsheets, complicated payroll systems, and clunky leave management tools. Peoply was born to change that story — offering an easy-to-use HR platform that simplifies essential processes like employee management, leave tracking, payroll, and even wallet management, all in one place.
The main goal of Peoply is to craft an experience that would feel effortless for HR teams, empower employees, and eliminate the stress of traditional HR operations.

The Challenge
How might we transform the Remita website into an engaging, intuitive platform that effectively communicates our offerings, provides seamless support, and delivers a delightful experience for all users?
For small businesses, every minute and every resource counts.
But when it came to managing their people — the very heart of their operations — they often found themselves stuck with tools that were either too complex, too expensive, or simply not built for their reality.
Most HR solutions in the market catered to large enterprises, leaving small businesses to wrestle with clunky processes for simple needs like approving leave, running payroll, or updating employee records.
Instead of empowering teams, HR tasks became time-draining, error-prone, and frustrating. Many small business owners ended up juggling spreadsheets, emails, and manual calculations — leaving them vulnerable to mistakes and compliance risks.

Results & Key Takeaways
After several design iterations and usability testing, 75% of users found Peoply easy and intuitive to use. Tasks like leave approvals, payroll processing, and employee management became smoother and faster for small businesses.
Peoply’s simple, user-centered design helped small teams cut down on administrative burdens and focus more on growing their businesses.
